The Highest Quality Products
Over the years, we have tested many products marketed toward dogs. Some of these products are popular, others are not commonly known, considering them to be secrets of the trade.
The products on this list have been trusted, heavily tested, and recommended by top industry professionals. Many of these products you will not find at a nearby pet shop.
We carry these most of these products at our facility, but have a link directory for if we are ever out-of-stock
Bridgeport K9 Leather Leashes
Bridgeport K9 manufactures the softest, highest-quality leather leashes that can be custom-made to your needs.
We highly recommend ordering:
4-6 foot long leash, 1/2 inch wide leash for regular walks
15-20ft long leash for distance and recall work
These leashes take time to break-in. To help soften them, we recommend cleaning and conditioning them using saddle soap, then wipe with neatsfoot oil to waterproof them and get the softest texture.
Mighty Paw Leather Martingale Collar
Martingale collars are designed to prevent a dog from slipping out of its collar. They also provide extra control and corrective actions to get your dogs attention.
Unlike nylon collars, leather is soft and helps prevent neck irritation that can be caused by the collar rubbing against your dog's skin.
Herm Sprenger Prong Collar w/ Katie's Buckle
Prong collars may look scary but were initially designed to effectively correct a dog while protecting the spine and trachea. Prong collars are suppose to fit higher on the neck, just behind the ears.
Educator Finger Trainer E-Collar
E-collars are the safe and reliable way to get a dog off-leash obedient. Beware of cheaper models, we only trust the educator.
This link will take you to the 'finger trainer' model which had a small, Bluetooth button that can be worn as a ring for easily delivering stim in a timely manner.
Please only order an e-collar if you are working with a professional. There is a specific way to introduce this tool to teach your dog how to confidently respond to the stimulation
These balls are very durable, and most dogs tend to favor these over tennis balls! Chuck-it balls are made out of a material that will not harm teeth. Make sure you also purchase a launcher to throw these balls over long distances for tiring games of fetch!
